I’ve facilitated over 200 workshops, design reviews, and feedback sessions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. I’ve also organized over 45 stakeholder alignment and brainstorming sessions that clarified priorities and drove shared understanding across numerous teams and disciplines.
I strive to build meaningful connections and collaborative environments where teams feel empowered to contribute and excel. I set appropriate context when presenting work to team members and stakeholders, document key project decisions to ensure continuity and transparency, and proactively communicate timelines and expectations to stakeholders.
I continually explore and apply emerging UX methods, industry trends, and best practices to raise the quality of work my teams produce. I’ve facilitated over 20 knowledge-sharing discussions on emerging methods and product insights. I’ve also earned a certification in Accessibility Core Competencies and integrate accessible design standards into every project.

When I’m not designing memorable experiences for unique organizations, you may find me picking up a new hobby, such as creating stained glass artwork, taking drawing classes, attempting to make something grow, trying out a new recipe or knitting blankets. I’ve curated my professional career as a crossroad for my passions: creativity, collaboration and helping people solve real problems.
In addition to my creative interests, I enjoy some healthy competition. I love playing tennis, racquetball, pickleball, ping-pong, or really any sport with a ball and a paddle. I also enjoy competitive swimming, and am currently training for the Deer Creek Triathlon this summer.
I'm always open to new connections, projects, opportunities and meaningful discussions. Send me a message and I'll be in touch shortly.
